The software is based on Open-Systems Platform and runs on Windows 2000/NT. The IVR System is easy to customize, administer and use. The InterAct System can be integrated within the existing communications infrastructure. The product is developed on the industry standard voice and fax hardware. The product allows seamless LAN connectivity options. Also supported is full Open Database Connectivity (ODBC) support for immediate and future CTI developments and the product is so developed that it supports PBX and PSTN integration. The IVR supports different languages also, thus enabling different users from different parts to communicate with ease.
